Mindful Embodiment is an integrative physical therapy, movement, and mindfulness practice designed to support people who want to feel at home in their bodies again. We blend evidence-based physical rehabilitation with yoga, nervous-system-informed movement, and embodied awareness to address pain, injury, and stress. Our approach recognizes that healing is not just mechanical—it is physical, emotional, and experiential—supporting the whole person rather than isolated symptoms.
At Mindful Embodiment, we offer personalized one-on-one physical therapy sessions alongside self-guided educational and movement resources through our online membership platform. Whether you are recovering from injury, managing chronic pain, navigating stress-related tension, or seeking a more sustainable relationship with movement, our work emphasizes clarity, curiosity, and compassion. We prioritize individualized care, mindful presence, and practical tools that empower you to understand your body and participate actively in your own healing process.
Our philosophy is grounded in the belief that the body holds both information and wisdom. By integrating modern rehabilitation science with mindfulness, somatic awareness, and intentional movement, Mindful Embodiment creates space for meaningful, lasting change. We are here to help you move with greater ease, build trust in your body, and reconnect with a sense of steadiness, resilience, and agency—on and off the mat, in daily life, and over time.
